At over 2 hours this 2-disk DVD set has been produced to be a guide to the steps and underlying technique as set for the 2010 Championship year and whether you are a dancer striving to maximise your performance, a parent seeking to better assist your son or daughter, or a dance professional working to maintain your technical knowledge we believe that it will prove to be a valuable addition to your library.
The DVD contains visual demonstrations, with a general commentary, covering each of the required steps, together with, where appropriate, detailed footage and advice from Deryck & Gareth on the linkings and other important points of emphasis.
The DVD plays in order the Fling, Sword Dance, Seann Triubhas & Reel for the Juvenile, Junior and then Adult sections - each dance starting with the introduction(s), followed by the steps in the order set for the year, and then the ending(s) (for ease of use each dance can be individually selected from the main menu.)
