Thank You
Gareth and I wish to thank the highland dancing community for the overwhelming support for the first of this annual event - dancers came as far a field as Rothesay, Belfast and Peterhead. The list of thanks is endless from our four judges (Lezley Anderson, Mary Neill, Susan Clark and Ian MacLean) who kindly donated their fee to charity, to the volunteers who also gave their time to support our competition, all those who donated trophies & medals, raffle prizes, primary prizes and canteen
donations and of course not forgetting all the competitors who made the day possible.
We extend our gratitude to the following helpers :
Canteen - Anji McAvoy, Anne Low and Janice Hanvidge
Stewards - Claire Hammell, Jean Stirton, Jenny Strachan, Matthew Low, Allison Gentles, Lisa Linton
Top Table - Richard McClumpha, Wilma Tolmie
Raffle - Ann Donlon and Pat Linton
Front Door - Mr& Mrs Hammell
Convenor - George Mitchelson
